Okay I don't actually know how to deal with White Collar right now, or with the fandom, for so many reasons not the least of which being: I am still bonkers.

But I wrote this the weekend before the S3 opener in order to clean out my "fic ideas" file, so I thought I might as well post it.

Loved 'em all, but... oh man. The 'Comic Book Caper.' YES. If I had to pick one to ask you to write it, that'd be the one, it'd be freaking glorious. I have to wonder about Mozzie, though; what would his superpower be? Because obviously he has one. If Neal's is a probability-bending field, I'd suspect Mozzie of low-level telepathy (something that would be bound to cause paranoid tendancies.)

I am with you. Even though Eastin and the writers have "explained" the art - its origins and Moz and Neal's apparent lack of concern is very troubling.

It is troubling, and it's hard to know at this juncture what the options are -- whether Neal's going to have that revelation, or whether the writers think he wouldn't care (ugh) or whether he doesn't care simply because the writers don't.

Um. Yeah, between what's happening with the art and what's happening with Neal and Peter, I really, really wouldn't watch if I were you. It's gone from "Peter suspects and Neal's concealing" to "Neal's concealing and has convinced Peter to trust him."

Yeah, not many people are that happy with White Collar right now. If you want I can keep an eye out for when you SHOULD watch again, but I know from spoilers this plot is not going to resolve quickly.

If it takes more than half the season then I'm probably just going to have to admit defeat and give it up. If less, then yeah, give me a go ahead.
