Multiply this problem by the inherent introverted nerdery present in the sciences, and you have some AMAZING insomnia-killers.

The voice register advice, I want to say, goes double, maybe even triple, for anyone who has English as a second language, with Chinese, Korean, or Japanese as their first language, and I struggle with that in presentations sometimes...even though by this point English is practically my first language.
