LJ is proposing a change to the way we view personal profiles (infopages) and you should have a look here to find out more.

If you'd like to voice your opinion in a less complex and more likely-to-be-noticed way than comments, you can use this poll.
There's been a lot of wankyness about this in various places, so please remember that if you're learning about this from my journal, I am karmically responsible for you. Also remember that the livejournal
staff are simply trying to improve their product, and sometimes people make mis-steps. These people work very hard, every day, to keep our community running smoothly, and their efforts generally go unnoticed except when they muck things up.
Be polite and reasonable, and treat them as fellow human beings. For, as Plato tells us, everyone we meet is fighting a hard battle.
