Actually these are not very flavourful doughnuts. They're very cakelike, but they really do need to be glazed or rolled in sugar to be sweetened. I will probably not make this recipe again, but it was fun to try!
Foxy teases me that I make things other people get from bags and boxes. This is true. The pitas are rising as we speak.
