(no subject)

Mum sent me a package.

YOU KNOW IT'S THAT TIME

Inside was:

A full issue of the sunday comics, neatly folded
An entire issue of the sunday coupons section of the paper
A valentine's day card with five dollars inside
A box of Pocky
A box of "cranberry frogs" which are like normal "frogs" (pecans and caramel covered in chocolate) except with cranberries in
A pad of post-it notes
A packet of pork gravy mix
An ad for "sticky toffee cheese"
And an Ikea ad, which was nice, except it's like I'm being taunted with how I will never own a nice couch.

People have suggested that the randomness of these packages hides some kind of secret message, but if it does, it's beyond me. I love her packages, I just very rarely understand them.

A bit late for a V-Day card, but hey, it's the thought that counts? And EFF YEAH POST-IT NOTES! Those things are spendy when they're not on sale.

It's not late, it's really, really early. That's what I tell myself when I send Christmas cards out in February.
