Seriously, screw this week. This morning on the train a dude sat down next to me and promptly pissed himself. That's the kind of week this week has been.

The one bright spot is that I got a phone call last night declaring MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND CAMPING. That's right, it's on.

Anyway, I am declaring a DAY OFF from the hourglass, and I'm going to screw around all day and get nothing done. And this evening instead of going to the library I might go to the mall on State and have a frozen custard.

What a libertine life I lead.

So, I just stopped one of my coworkers and asked, "Hey, what's up with Admin K? She hasn't picked up her phone in like a week."

To which they replied, "You didn't hear? She was bitten by a venomous spider and is in the hospital with a staph infection."

WELL OKAY THEN UNIVERSE, POINT MADE, MY WEEK COULD BE WORSE.
