I'm slowly catching up on House MD, and currently watching the one from last season where he diagnoses the soap star.

They're...not really even trying to pretend he's straight anymore, huh?

Season two is really the show at it's best. The decline, for me, began at the end of the Tritter arc, though though it improved towards the end of season 3 there were bright spots in season 4.

The latest episode of season 5 made me want to burn things, though. All ship preferences aside, the female characters are being treated like total shit and pretty much every single one of my feminist squick buttons have been pushed at some point.
