That would have been me. This was what I sent about the breakdown of costs for shipping to the UK:
1 copy: £9.93 + £2.99 postage = £12.92
5 copies = £49.65 + £6.99 for postage = £11.33 + £1.75 (£1.24 postage + a little for envelopes) = £13.08
That secondary postage cost is from when we did Nameless, and the prices have gone up a little since then. Also, I don't know whether the slight size increase would affect which size category it falls into, which would also increase the secondary postage cost.
