cblj_backupSo, I have Coyote on google alert, and some big Basketball thing is coming. This means I get a lot of google alert emails about the Men's or Women's Coyotes, who are basketball players and therefore firmly outside my sphere of interest.
(Last year I had to add -hockey for this reason.)
But Google, those bastards, are TOYING WITH ME. Today I went in after getting the millionth basketball email and added -basketball to my alert. And went on with my day.
Google retaliated brilliantly, by sending me a second email alert for the day, which was all about Coyote Football.
GOOGLE! *fistshake* You may have won the battle but you will lose the coyote war!
PS: I am leaving this afternoon for Corporate Parts Unknown. Here Be Dragons And Crap Coffee. No Man's Filing Land. I will have the netbook but will be in transit and/or with my boss, and thus not handily available should emergencies occur. The last couple of times I left the internet alone to go camping, it imploded, so I wish you all the best of luck and advise you to buy canned goods.
