I kind of feel like when you get your next job, you'll need to leave your number for your successor. Your job sounds way too complex for what it is. I mean that in a good/I'm-impressed way.
It's like the touring companies that get timed of paying agent fees and suddenly think they can self manage without knowing what goes into it. Things fall through the cracks. Things like signed contracts. Sigh. :)
