Oh hai thar, you sell this job so well it almost makes me want to move to the US lol (if I weren't a walking Kitchen Apocalypse(TM) & also currently unable to work). Seriously though, the honesty is refreshing, I hope you find someone to help you in the slap fest because that sounds like a mission worth tackling.
