Dude, this is awesome for singers—so many of your points are information that I've received in the past, except here they're written down and condensed. Your words on introverts are also great, especially since the general opinion seems to waffle between "get over it' and "Well, you can sing, but if you can't act/perform well you're doomed to teach."
