Oh my god do you know how many cookbooks I have though :D Actually I got rid of a bunch so not that many, but with the advent of the internet I've found them more or less useless -- the information's just easier to get online. She keeps giving me cookbooks and I keep holding onto them for a few years before quietly getting rid of them...
I probably should look outside of Ikea for couches, I've never been that impressed either, but that involves going places where people actually actively try to sell you things....
