Poetry spam -- well, all the cool kids are doing it, this being poetry month and all. I thought I'd go for something a little different, however, and put up some excerpts from poetry that's generally not recognised as such:

So I was going to make a photo post today, it being Friday and all, but I've discovered that my dawn-of-time digital camera's transfer cord doesn't fit the serial port the new laptop has, and the dawn-of-time software that came with the digital camera can only read serial ports (ie, a serial-to-USB adapter wouldn't work. My software is not even remotely USB-curious).

The problem really lies in the fact that apparently an adapter to turn a 9-pin male serial plug (dawn-of-time camera cord) into a 15-pin male serial plug (which would fit the 15-pin female serial port on the laptop) does not, apparently, exist.

So, this is just an icon post. But hey, yay icons! They are little 100 pixel packets of joy.

Commentary post-hack: The icons all still exist, but the code for which ones were posted here is lost.
