In other news, I have a really exciting announcement to make. I've been working on a semi-sekrit "adaptation" of Registration for a while now, and it is slowly coming to fruition...

[info]heidi8 approached me a while ago about adapting Registration into a radio play, to be performed for a downloadable MP3 on the Fiction Alley website. As I am a HUGE FAN of radio plays and Registration is one of my favourite (for "favourite" read "only") gen* fics I've written, I jumped at the chance.

Now that the script is in, Fiction Alley is auditioning readers to participate in the recording. You can get all the audition info here.

I strongly urge people to audition, even if you aren't British/Male/a house elf. It is a heavily male-oriented cast (sorry!) but women with deep voices could fill the roles easily. We're looking for acting talent and commitment just as much as the "right" voice, so please -- take a minute and audition! It's very easy. :)

I'll be keeping everyone updated as to our progress, and when the finished product is posted I'll have links to that and to the original script.

In other news, YEAH BABY -- I finally got my computer hooked up to the DVD burner. I'm in the process of burning all my Black Books DVDs so as to get them off the computer, after which I think a little trip to the House MD Candy Store is in order....

Just a note -- I've reopened [info]gta_of_doom, my former TA journal, because omg someone wrote a paper about how their girlfriend "Mary Jane" is their hero.

I'm not going to be linking to entries, however, because I'm not supposed to be talking about my job outside of the building. SHHH DON'T TELL.
