Patron: Hi, I'm calling because I'm extremely angry.
Sam: Okay, ma'am, I'm sure I can help you out, what are you having trouble with?
Patron: I haven't received any information from you about the new season and I know I'm on your mailing list.
Sam: *checks address info* It looks like you probably should have gotten that information. I can put another brochure in the mail to you if you like. They were sent out last week --
Patron: Oh. You know what? I've lost my mailbox key and haven't been able to check my mail for like a month.
Sam: Well, that would probably be why you haven't gotten our mailing, ma'am.

I do sincerity so well they don't even notice it's sarcasm. I'm just that good.

Though I am a little depressed that I need to do it so much, on this job.
