The first wave of books for signed-copies of Nameless has arrived!

*stares at rather large box*

These...may not get shipped till after I get back from Texas. I need to buy envelopes and possibly some kind of special pen. I don't know how these things are done, but signing it with the ballpoint pen I fill out purchase orders with seems lame. I wish I still had my ANTIBACTERIAL PEN, that was too cool for words. Do I use a marker pen? Or a gel pen? Should it be shiny?

But anyway, they're here. And, as par for the course with Lulu, SUPER overpackaged. :D

I will try to package them up and get them posted tomorrow, because I was unprepared for them to arrive today and also my head is killing me and just thinking about the Spreadsheet of Doom scares me. Otherwise they'll go out on Wednesday when I return from Austin.

This also means that if you ordered a copy it should be arriving very, very soon, especially if you're in the US. Drop a comment, let me know it's safely arrived! :D

IN OTHER NEWS, my remark about being unable to find the stamps prompted the invention of a comm. I don't even know how these things happen anymore...

I have to admit I was skeptical as to the usefulness of myfsckingkeys (that's an LJ comm, for those of you reading on DW/IJ/JF) when maeritrae invented it this morning, but it seems to be working in some kind of collective-unconscious way. The idea is that you post about where the goddamn hell the thing you're looking for is (keys, mechanical pencils, mascara, passport, etc) and THE INTERNET WILL FIND IT FOR YOU.

Seriously. They found the mascara and the mechanical pencils this morning.

I'm intrigued and kind of spooked. And I smell a novel in it somewhere. *narrows eyes*
