Jun. 11th, 2010 09:10 amThis morning I was annoyed with myself because progress on Charitable Getting continues very slow, and someday I swear I'll write a novel that doesn't need ten thousand words added to it on rewrite. But that made me think about Nameless, and run down some statistics which made me feel much better.
It took me four months to write Nameless (while unemployed), three years before I could rewrite it, and then four months from the first rewrite to the finished product. It took me a little under a month to write Charitable Getting (while working full time), I was in rewrites inside of two months, and I've been at it for four months.
So technically I'm three years ahead of the game.
MY CURVE IS STEEP!

shadowenangel is writing a thesis on how fans engage with Supernatural, and has a survey she'd love for you to fill out.
