Oct. 6th, 2010 09:18 amThere's something very liberating about screening comments. Not that I don't love you all, but sometimes it's a relief to be given permission not to answer. :D
That said, if you left a comment on the screened-comments post about stuff I was doing wrong, thank you, and I have made what I hope are appropriate changes. If you left a link or a set of links, I'll be going over those for Radio Free Monday. If you left a comment saying thank you, you are welcome :) Though really, it's not like it was a herculean task or anything. That's the point of what I was saying on Monday: some things are really hard to do, but there are plenty of small easy things, too.
Your beauty for the morning: Check out Vivian Maier's street photography of Chicago, taken between 1950 and 1990, and discovered after her death last year. The story of who she was and how the blog came to be is a fascinating one -- pip the sidebar when you visit for a hell of a story. I think this one is my personal favourite.
In unrelated news, I have four pairs of Hallowe'en themed socks. As I cannot possibly wear four pairs of socks on October 31st, I've declared all of October a holiday and today my socks have tiny candy corns printed on them.
