Coworker: Sam will know this. Do you know where I can get stress balls? You know, the squeezy foam kind?
Sam: Why, are you stressed?
Coworker: No -- well, yes -- but I'm making a mobile for my son and I want to hang a lot of balls.
Sam: Well, I dunno, office supply stores usually have them. I have one you can have.
Coworker: Awesome! I'm gonna go on a stress ball collection. You see anyone with a stress ball, you tell them I'm stressed.
Sam: Just...don't ask people where their balls are.
Coworker: Oh. Yeah, maybe I should call them something else...

In other news, and I keep meaning to post about this, humanity is finding old missing Doctor Who episodes not just at boot sales but also in outer space. in April Fool's jokes, apparently?

Still very exciting. I've watched reconstructions of the "lost" episodes and they are DREADFULLY BORING as reconstructions, but I can recognise really excellent underlying stories, so I hope their full glory is restored.

Amusingly, like fifteen of you linked me to these stories, and then while I was upstairs pestering the new receptionist for something, Coworker Crush popped her head out of her office and was like, "Did you hear about Doctor Who?"

So we had a lovely if brief discussion of how outer space is awesome.
