Dec. 20th, 2015 04:41 pmI did a little something different for the Ninth Day of Ficmas today: a promptfest! I did it over on Tumblr, which makes these things a little more streamlined, and it involved mainly Avengers fanfic but also White Collar and a little bit of Discworld.
All the stories will go up on AO3 eventually, in one big fic post, but for now you can find them by reading through the Twelve Days Of Ficmas Tag here.
Apparently it's been such a warm winter that nobody's managed to sell any coats, so there are huge coat sales going on all over the country. It's been in the news and all. So I went out coat shopping today, though I didn't find anything that met at the nexus of "looks cool" and "costs less than $100". I did try on one leather jacket that was $300 AFTER markdown, and now I know I can rock a $500 leather jacket.
I also stopped by Target to pick up a can of coffee. I don't actually drink coffee, but I've found out that you can make bread in a pressure cooker (I KNOW RIGHT) by putting it in a coffee can and putting the coffee can in water in the cooker. I'm very excited to try it out, and Mum has said she'll drink the coffee, so at least there's that. Over Christmas, I shall pressure-cook some bread!
