Cougar’s hard life before the Losers and leading up to them, as he tries to reconcile his sexuality with the rest of the world’s hostility to it. Arm Candy and Empty Graves by Unpretty; both Teen and Up, Gen. Arm Candy is an interesting indepth study of the Bruce Wayne side of Batman’s character; Empty Graves is about all the time-travelers Martha Kent has murdered to protect her son, and how they changed the way she raised him.
