Oh my god, you just made my dim, dreary, studying-for-exam-except-not-really night so much better. YOU WROTE DOCTOR/WILL SHAKESPEARE. There really should be more of this out there. Great job!

Skeller, Sam. Sam, Skeller. My two favorite writers in one place, a woman could die of joy.

I feel like the transition into the kiss was a bit awkward? But the scene of the kiss itself more than made up for it.

Yeah, I think possibly it needs a bit more to describe how they're standing and all. *headtilt* I will think upon it!

......whoa. That was.... unexpected. Unexpected in a good way, really, but still. Whoa.

OMG! I haven't even read it yet and I'm already freaking out! SHAKESPEARE/DOCTOR WHO!?!?!?!? Your genius is only excelled by my love for this.

And then I read it... GUH! Sam, honestly, I do beleive I really died this time. Fantastic story.

I love this; and, given that I have a Shakespeare sonnets test I should be studying for, I'm now going to imagine Doctor Who as the 'beloved youth', insane though that almost certainly is. Ta, Sam.

From: [identity profile] sam-storyteller.livejournal.com
It's certainly better than imagining him as the Dark Lady :D

Oh, YES.

Lousy lousy day (though better than some on my FL, I see, alas) -- and THIS. This was brilliant.

You, Sam, are my hero today.

What a delight! I think William just managed to capture the feeling.

The Doctor is such a tease.

That was incredibly beautiful, and I just ate up every word you wrote in for William. (It's so weird to call him that, isn't it? Let's go back to the much less personal Shakespeare). And, of course, now during all my literature classes, I will come up with the mental image of The Bard and The Doctor kissing. Which isn't entirely a bad thing.

See, this reminds me of a thing my friend Dave said about good art being less about the lines themselves and more about the implication of lines that aren't there.

Good stuff, this.

Doctor Who - the only fandom where you can slash William Shakespeare and a shape-shifting alien canonically.

That said, why is there not more of this?! Sam! Write more! Before DT leaves and the window closes!

Guh. LOVELY. I honestly got a little ambivalent when I saw the rating, because I'm very picky about who the Doctor sleeps with... but in context? Not only did it make sense, but it was sexy as hell.
