The thing with Jenny is she's not all-knowing. She *sometimes* remembers things the Doctor knows. But she's also got all the soldier stuff, and the conflict between the soldier stuff and the Doctor stuff, and her social skills are likely to be more epically uneven than her father's. She's like the Doctor would've been if he'd dropped out of the Academy at 19 and joined the Foreign Legion. :)
