cblj_backupEvery time I look at my to-do list there's a capslock reminder at the bottom of it: DEAD ISLE TOMORROW. And whenever I see that I break out into a cold sweat.
It's ridiculous; I know plenty of people like the book, so I'm not worried people will hate it. I know the book is solid, I've been through it looking for random blank pages or errors in the cover copy. And I know that while yes, it is going to sell for more than most of my others, I'm making about the same profit, so I'm not ripping anyone off. I have done this three times before, I am prepared!
IF SOMETHING DOES GO HORRIBLY, TERRIBLY WRONG I WILL BE READY. Or at least I will be mentally braced and not have a breakdown. I'm pre-having my breakdown!
This is not that unusual.
Anyway, yes. Tomorrow! I will have done ANOTHER BOOK. Full of words I assembled!
I should get back to that, the whole assembling-words thing.
