I take it that in your workplace too, the day of the week you start working is called Monday and the day you finish is called Friday, no matter what the calendar says? Like how I don't believe in taking Monday's off, because you still get a Monday on Tuesday, but if you take Friday off you get Friday on Thursday, and that's much better.
