kit_maxel is looking for a new fourth roommate for a three-bedroom apartment in the Clairemont area of San Diego. The room is $445 a month, with a large walk-in closet. Fellow roommates are nerdy theatre and film kids; no cats, but other pets may be allowable. You can read more and get in touch here.
