Oooh, artlinks! Long overdue.

utility_knife, who did the lovely illos for the Hiatus Continuations, has done two more for Jack & Ellis -- you can find them here, along with a drawing from Deathly Hallows and some art for the show Reaper. (I like the second J&E especially; Clare's dress is awesome.)

Also, johanirae has done an illustration from Dresser, Ianto helping Jack on with his coat. It's a pretty unique style for Torchwood fanart; very much what a manga of Dresser would look like, I imagine. :)

"Hey, did you get my text message asking you to wake me up as you leave?"

"Yeah. I got it on the El platform ten minutes after I left."

"Ah."

"So how'd your morning go?"

"Well. Uh. So, I was supposed to meet my boss at nine, and I woke up at ten fifteen. But I got a text from him to meet me on the fourth floor at ten-thirty, which I thought I could make if I got a cab. So I threw on a shirt I bought yesterday and some clean pants and like, out of habit I thought shit, I have to do my hair -- and then I realised, wait, no I don't. My hair is falling out. I have no hair to fix! It was awesome."

I love my roommate, even if he does steal my milk.

R is packing to leave tomorrow. After he spent two hours trying to find out when his flight was.

R: This is it. I'm going to boot camp this weekend. Chair boot camp.
Sam: So...kinda like...butt camp.
R: Great, now that's all I'm going to think about, "butt camp". Chairs are important, you know.
Sam: Hey, preaching to the choir. True fact, most of the major scientific discoveries of the twentieth century? Made while sitting in chairs.
R: Seriously, I'm going to a convention in Atlanta and I have to make a presentation. HOTECH.
Sam: The convention's called Ho Tech.
R: HOTECH.
Sam: You're going to butt camp at Ho Tech.
R: I hate you.
