SPACE OPERA EPIC PART TWO.

I'm no good at lucid dreaming, and I've never, say, flown in a dream. But one of the best things about my subconscious is that my dreams are almost always narrative in nature, with at least an interesting plot, and often they are episodic. When I was a teenager, from the time I was twelve until I was seventeen or so, I would have dreams whose setting or plot recurred over the course of months and in one case years. Not every night, just, once a week or something I'd dream the next episode of whatever the plot was, and it was AWESOME. So I love it when that happens.

I am establishing a defensible position in the dreamtime.

Anyhow. Today is a day for poutine-making and maybe grilling if I get up the energy, but definitely writing. Hopefully I will get Torchwood America finished and can start code-checking. Tonight, being the season finale of Doctor Who, will mean a closing chapter on The TARDIS House Rules and a fond farewell to Nicholas until we have new-canon in the fall.

I am going to go eat crab cakes for breakfast. MWA HA HA HA NOM.
AHA.

I have found the toilet paper that R's mum hid from us.

It was in the cabinet under the counter where we keep the liquor.

I have rum AND toilet paper!

And thus, to bed.
