I took the Tarot Card meme that's floating around my flist right now and, as per expectations, got the Fool.
Anyone shocked? I didn't think so.
I got a little bit ahead of myself in the whole massive-cleaning-operation thing tonight. I thought I'd just work on one or two things a night, and tonight was supposed to be Shirts Night, but I essentially cleaned half my bedroom. The only things left to do are organise the bookshelf and clear out the closet. I have two bags of clothing to go to the Brown Elephant and I've found a place to stash the small but significant pile of books I haven't read (in my newly cleared-out nightstand, so I can grab one and read myself to sleep at night).
Cleaning the bookshelf will be interesting. I think before I can I'm going to have to mount a shelf on the wall next to it and pick out some of my favourites to go there, just to ease up the congestion a little. I'm not a rabid collector of books, and I prefer to keep many of them in digital rather than paper form, but there are some that are valuable to me as volumes, and some that are valuable to me as gifts, and I wouldn't mind a special shelf for those.
Plus it would mean I could buy bookends. I've never owned a bookend. It's not like it was on my list of things to do before I die or something, "own a bookend", but it would be nice all the same.
