Feb. 12th, 2010 10:17 amIt is the nearest working day to Valentine's Day, and here in Corporate America (it's less fun than Blogland) that means flowers. The first wave has already arrived, and I'm sure by noon I'll be working from the heart of a very fragrant jungle. Everybody loves to get flowers but very few people want to come pick them up, and Coworker Fail, who does at least make himself useful delivering things, is out today.
But someone did send me a Bear Hug today, or at least some kind of subtle bear frottage *peers at it* Thank you, Anonymous! I LOLed when I got it this morning.
It is also a day of epic interviews, apparently; this is the first time my lobby hasn't had some poor sweaty-palmed bastard sitting nervously in it, waiting to be quizzed about his managerial style and where he wants to be in five years' time.
I am very glad I have a job, even if like today it involves more fragrance than I'm really comfortable with. :D
