Chicagoans take note: The Apollo Chorus of Chicago is performing Verdi's Requiem this Saturday night at the U. of Chicago campus. More information here! Apparently there's a Groupon deal involved. (If you're in Chicago and don't subscribe to Groupon you really should know about it, it's a once-daily email that offers cheap eats and entertainment deals.)
Meanwhile, I am going to take a cab home, me and my new toaster oven that my bank gave me for using my debit card a lot. TONIGHT THERE SHALL BE TOAST.
