Okay, for the record -- I own a butter bell, also known as a French butter dish. :D And I love it, except that every time I try to use it, the butter gets moldy. (Yes, I'm aware you have to change the water; mine was getting moldy after a day and a half, might have something to do with the dish being a hand-me-down that is older than I am.) But thank you all for your butter-assist recommendations!

I don't talk much about the Wii anymore, mainly because I've stopped falling off it, but I still do thirty minutes on it a night, mainly PT-reccommended stuff for my ankle and balance. Yesterday was my one year anniversary, and I wish I could have requested my asshat Wii Yoga instructor cut his ponytail as a gift to me, but no joy. Anyway, lately I'd been slacking off, skipping days or a week at a time, and I realised it was because of one thing: THE FUCKING HOOLA HOOPS. They make my ankles and knees and shoulders hurt! They're unpleasant and boring and painful!
So I have ruthlessly cut the hoola hoop from my workout regimen. And really I just wanted an excuse to write the previous sentence.
