The ebi nigiri on the left is one of the cooler origami folds I have ever done. I've rarely seen something that three-dimensional on top of a basic base, folded out of one piece of paper, without the pleat-style method that produces stuff like this. (For the record, I'd like to be Brian Chan when I grow up.)
I have no idea what the maki roll on the right is. It's a yellow blob. I really am going to have to scan the packaging for this sushi origami kit at some point and beg someone who reads (what I assume is) kanji to translate.
