Good morning all, and welcome to Radio Free Monday!

I leave for Texas for eight days today. Someone rescue me. :P

Ways To Give:

[livejournal.com profile] brilliant_snark linked to a-fiendish-thingy, who is in a bit of a financial bind and is selling fanart prints and offering commission sketches in exchange for donations.

[personal profile] finch linked to a fundraiser to help a hopeful law school student take his (very expensive) LSATs.

[livejournal.com profile] brilliant_snark linked to a fundraiser for a senior thesis film called "Resistance", about a gay reporter covering the discharge of a gay soldier on the eve of the Don't Ask, Don't Tell repeal. The film has been made so this is to fund promotion of the film, I believe.

[personal profile] subluxate linked to a list of ways to help the Newtown and Sandy Hook community in the wake of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary.

[personal profile] lizcommotion posted an update on her charity drive to collect hand-made medical play dolls and PICC line covers for a rehab center in Washington, DC. She's also offering a limited supply of free yarn for the projects if folks are unable to participate due to lack of yarn.

Give For Free:

Peapod this month has a game called Turkey Bowling. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but for every round you play, Peapod will donate one dollar to food pantries to "help strike out hunger".

Just For Fun:

[livejournal.com profile] jonaht linked to an awesome vintage photo site, Only Old Photography.

[personal profile] gehayi let me know that the Indiana Jones package mystery that I posted about last week has been solved. Hilariously, it was sent to the University of Chicago because the envelope it was packed in was mysteriously torn away.

And this has been Radio Free Monday! Thank you for your time. You can always post items for my attention in comments here (or on any post) or email me at copperbadge at gmail dot com. If you're not sure how to proceed, here is a little more about what I do and how you can help (or ask for help!). Remember, brevity is the soul of RFM.
Title: The Epic of T. Stark Lokason, Adventurer
Rating: PG-13
Summary: An account of a lord of Midgard, Sir Anthony Stark Howardson, the crimson iron knight, consort to Prince Loki Odinson of Asgard and Jotunheim, including a narrative of the birth, childhood, and rise to manhood of his son, Prince Thor Stark Lokason of the Isle of Manhattan, also called Trickster. Including that time Tony called Odin a pretentious prick to his face.
Notes: This is a sequel to Extremely Hot And Currently Female, in which Tony fell in love with Loki and met his own time-travelling son.

MOAR FAAAAANFIC!

This was originally going to go into Works No Longer In Progress, but it was really long and I figured if I cut a few things, I could turn it into an actual story. It's a sequel to Extremely Hot And Currently Female, in which Tony fell in love with Loki and met his own time-travelling son.

As a character, T.S. Lokason is ridiculously fun to write.
