onebrightroad linked to a fundraiser for Project Fierce, a grassroots organisation out of Chicago which is raising money to purchase a building to provide housing for homeless queer youth.
idancewithlife and scifigrl47 on Tumblr both linked to AO3's April Membership Drive. The Drive itself is, I think, finished, but you can always support AO3 by donating. As Sci said, if you've ever wanted to throw a couple of bucks my way for my fanfic, support the archive instead.

Helen linked me to her stepsister's voting page for a scholarship she's trying to win. I think everyone should go and vote just so they could say they'd voted for a scholarship awarded by a framing company. :D Plus apparently Casandra is going all-out trying to get as many scholarships as possible in order to afford her tuition, which will not be cheap.
cadenzamuse is looking for recommendations for psychology/social psychology/social work/sociology books to supplement upcoming grad school curriculum with more diversity.
