I'm slowly catching up on House MD, and currently watching the one from last season where he diagnoses the soap star.

They're...not really even trying to pretend he's straight anymore, huh?

This season is not the best, but "Birthmarks" is the best episode of the entire show, bar perhaps "Three Stories". They could have taken "Birthmarks" and made it into a quality movie and it would've made millions.

It's one of the episodes this season. You get to learn how House and Wilson met and became friends. It's really quite awesome.

It's in the current season, so probably not. House's father dies, and that's not a spoiler because that's the first thing that happens in the episode. But trust me, continue through this season to this episode.
