I'm slowly catching up on House MD, and currently watching the one from last season where he diagnoses the soap star.

They're...not really even trying to pretend he's straight anymore, huh?

Yeah, Foreman lacks entertainment value. I think that the mistake would have been removing the cottages entirely -- I like that they're still in the show, it widens the ensemble and makes things more interesting. :D

Cottages... does this refer to the fellows? This is the first time I've heard that. Everywhere else in fandom I've heard them referred to as 'the ducklings.'

Also, Thirteen would be *just fine* if the producers or whoever just didn't make every damn episode about her. I actually like her, and they give her great lines ("And here I just thought I was into boobs," is a particular favorite), but I OD'd on her storyline like four episodes ago.

"Cottages" is what the TWOP summary-writer called them, because their names all sound like the names of vacation rental cottages :D All his wee fellows are the Ducklings; the old ducklings are the Cottages, the new ducklings are the Numbers.

I still don't know what thirteen's name is, or the plastic surgeon. :D

Thirteen is Remy Hadley (they used it once and it's the name on all the promo websites, though if you look closely her name badge actually has her name taped over with '13' written on it instead), and the plastic surgeon is Chris(?) Taub.

I feel like Thirteen's gotten a bad rap. She honestly wouldn't be so hard to deal with if they'd made fewer episodes centered on her.
