I don't drink coffee, because for years I thought I had a caffeine sensitivity. It turned out that I wasn't entirely wrong -- caffeine is a bit of a dehydrant and when I got dehydrated my sinus passages would swell shut, leading to the headaches I thought were a direct result of caffeine. And after I got the sinus issue fixed, I thought, why start? I don't particularly like the smell or taste, and it's not great for your body.

But I love the smell of the dreadful artificial non-dairy flavored creamers all my coworkers use. They smell like cupcakes. They are amazing. So this morning it occurred to me that when I make instant cocoa I add milk; there's no reason I shouldn't add creamer.

So I made my double-packet cocoa and dumped a bunch of French Vanilla creamer in, stirred it all up, added an ice cube to make it drinkable, and took a sip.

I might have seen the face of God. I can't tell, my eyes were mostly closed in bliss.
