I've always wanted to try ostrich ... that, however, looks like you stuck a bamboo chopstick into an ostrich's flank and dribbled sauce on whatever was stuck to it when you pulled it out.

Nah, it's just a ground ostrich meatball with teriyaki, basically. Kind of dry. Delicious though!
